A dentist with 10 years of experience, Cristi has built his practice around oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry. His goal is to create smiles that look like they have always been there, without aggressive treatments and without sacrificing the natural structure of the tooth. Beyond the clinic, he lectures at dental congresses, where he helps the next generation find their own voice. On a personal level, he reads a lot, especially psychology, fascinated by how the brain works and by the processes behind our decisions. What does he look for in everything he does? Authenticity.

Co-founder of Dentistry Hub and a footballer in his childhood dreams, Alin handles complex oral rehabilitation cases. He has focused his practice on prosthodontics and occlusion, two fields he masters with a precision his colleagues appreciate and his patients can feel. In the clinic he works perfectly alongside Alissia, who says his jokes are not great but appreciates his perseverance. When he is not at the clinic, you will find him on his bike or travelling around Europe in his campervan. His favourite song is Father Ocean by Monolink, if that tells you anything about him.

Alina has been with us since Dentistry Hub was just an idea. She grew together with the team, from student weekends driven by a constant desire to learn to the close collaboration we have today. Surgery is her specialty, not because it is spectacular, but because she loves the challenge of turning fear into trust. Patients arrive anxious and leave smiling, and for Alina that remains the greatest satisfaction. Outside the clinic she travels often, always looking for new people, different cultures and new perspectives.

A veteran of the team, Denisa has been with us since the years when Dentistry Hub was just a YouTube channel. She grew together with the place and the people and has become one of the constant presences that set the rhythm of the clinic. She works in orthodontics and puts great value on her relationship with patients. We see each other every month at check-ups, she says, and inevitably we end up knowing more about each other than just things about teeth. For Denisa, this bond of trust is the greatest satisfaction. When she is not at the clinic, she reads, watches series and plans holidays – her ideal way to unwind.

After years of working together, she joined our team for good. She says she was easily convinced; we say it was inevitable. Her field is endo-resto, an area she loves precisely because there is always something new to learn. Her pleasure is turning the procedures patients fear into calm experiences. In short, putting them to sleep while she treats the nerve – and that is not a figure of speech. When she is not at the clinic, you will find her dancing, a passion so strong that she even teaches others, holding classes from time to time.

Adela heard about us from a friend who had won a hygiene session in one of our first giveaways. She came out of curiosity and stayed for the people. She works in surgery and has a talent for sensing exactly what a patient needs at that moment. For her, a successful day is measured simply: if a patient leaves more relaxed than when they arrived, she has done something right. Her attention to detail could probably have taken her into veterinary medicine or forensics. We can confirm that her homemade desserts are wonderful.

Andreea came for an interview and never left, because we put her straight to work. A good few years have passed since then and she is still part of the team, so we think she liked it. She is the kind of person who brings calm into a room just by being herself. She works carefully, smiles often and leaves patients calmer than when she met them. Music is her favourite way to recharge. She has never thought about another career, and we cannot imagine her doing anything else either, which says everything about her place in the team.

With Alissia it clicked from the very first meeting. When she is not Alin’s right hand in prosthodontics, she loves entertaining patients and helping them relax. If she did not work in dentistry, she says she would have been a psychologist, but we are convinced she would have taken every stand-up stage in Romania by storm. Her greatest satisfaction is seeing big transformations: those moments when patients rediscover what it feels like to laugh with their whole mouth. When she is not enjoying her fame at the clinic, Alissia practises her make-up skills and cannot resist dogs.

We met Raluca at an interview for which Alin was 30 minutes late. Even so, she stayed, luckily for us. She is one of the first faces you see when you walk into the clinic, and she sincerely believes a patient should leave here as if leaving good friends, not the dentist. Interacting with people energises her, and empathy is her declared superpower. Outside the clinic, she dedicates her time almost exclusively to her daughter, Eva – aiming to become a better version of herself every day, for her family and for the team.

Claudia discovered Dentistry Hub online before ever setting foot in the clinic, a sign that we are doing a good job digitally. She liked the way we communicate with patients, and things clicked naturally once she met us in person. She has experience in restorative treatments and wants to specialise in endodontics. Beyond the technical side, what defines her best is her calm – she is excellent with anxious patients and, more than once, has turned a dreaded procedure into one so peaceful that some patients fell asleep in the chair. In winter she is on her snowboard; in summer she is hiking or climbing.

Diana is the person who turns what happens in the clinic into stories that travel further. She films, edits, posts and, every now and then, pulls the team out of their comfort zone by putting them in front of the camera. She manages the clinic’s entire digital presence and makes sure Dentistry Hub is just as authentic online as it is in real life. When she does not have a camera in her hands, you will find her in the mountains, on horseback or with a book.
